Aria began her career in law in 2011. After dedicating significant time and effort to her career, she found she had a passion for family law. Coupled with her efforts, she made great strides in her firm, serving as Managing Paralegal, Intern Trainer, and Director. We are thankful for her expertise and knowledge as she joins our team at RCG Law Group.
With over 12 years of experience in family law, personal injury, criminal law, and juvenile law, Aria has assisted a team of attorneys in a variety of areas of family law cases, including, but not limited to, contested and uncontested divorces, legitimations, child support, custody modifications, and adoptions. It is her attention to detail and the ability to analyze and organize facts, as well as her unique ability to efficiently multi-task which contributes to the success she has enjoyed in her career. Aria enjoys being able to help and guide clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives.
On a personal level, Aria loves to spend time with her daughter, husband, and all her animals on her farm.

Joey Carlson

Joey Carlson brings an extensive business and legal background to RCG Law Group, with over 12 years of experience across multiple practice areas. His passion for family law stems from a deep understanding that the legal aspects are just one piece of a much larger picture. Joey takes a holistic approach, recognizing the emotional and practical challenges that families face during divorce. His goal is to guide clients through every aspect of this life-changing process, helping them build a strong foundation for their future.
As a father of four, Joey’s own family is the cornerstone of his life and his greatest source of joy. He understands the importance of family and is committed to helping others navigate the complexities of family law with care and compassion.

Brianne Lee

Brianne is a dedicated and knowledgeable family law paralegal with a deep passion for helping families navigate through challenging legal situations. With over 7 years of experience in the legal field, Brianne has become a trusted and reliable resource for both clients and attorneys.
Her journey in family law began after completing her Bachelor’s degree at Westminster College in 2015. Brianne’s innate ability to empathize with clients going through emotionally charged situations has made her an essential asset to the law firms she has worked with. Brianne takes pride in her ability to create a supportive and empathetic environment for clients during their most challenging times. She is committed to guiding them through the complexities of family law proceedings, whether it involves divorce, child custody, adoption, or domestic violence matters.
Brianne was born and raised in Wyoming. She adopted her stepson in 2019 – a few short weeks after she gave birth to her daughter. Brianne’s personal experience fighting for her son’s best interests has motivated her to guide others through similar challenges.

Todd Clark possesses deep expertise in business strategy and the cultivation of client relationships, approaching each opportunity with an entrepreneurial mindset. Whether in the financial sector or the dynamic sports and entertainment industry, his focus remains on leveraging his knowledge to foster enduring relationships and achieve measurable results. He is committed to assisting individuals in navigating complex challenges, identifying key resources, and maximizing opportunities to drive long-term success and optimal outcomes.
With over 20 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Todd’s career spans both the financial and sports/entertainment sectors. His extensive tenure in the financial industry is complemented by 8 years spent building and managing high-level partnerships within the sports and entertainment space. Throughout his career, he has consistently collaborated with diverse stakeholders, applying his expertise to strengthen relationships, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to personal and professional growth.
Equally important to Todd is his personal life. As a proud father of five grown children—two sons and three daughters, along with three beautiful grandchildren, he understands the significance of balance, commitment, and fostering strong relationships. These core values are reflected in both his professional endeavors and personal life, guiding his approach every day.

Stacy Nelson
Billing Specialist
Stacy holds a bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies with an emphasis in Music from Weber State University. After graduating, she dedicated nearly three decades to raising her five children as a stay-at-home mother. Now, 31 years later—along with the addition of two daughters-in-law, a grandson, and a lively household that includes a dog and a cat who love to wrestle —Stacy enjoys working with the clients, attorneys, and paralegals at RCG Law Group.
In her role as Billing Specialist, Stacy brings strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy in every aspect of her work. She understands the importance of clear, precise billing and strives to ensure that records are thorough, reliable, and handled with professionalism.
Having personally navigated the challenges of divorce, Stacy approaches her work with empathy and compassion for individuals and families going through difficult transitions. She hopes to provide encouragement and a sense of optimism to those facing challenging circumstances.
Outside of work, Stacy finds her greatest joy in spending time with her husband, cooking in the kitchen, visiting her out-of-state kids, and enjoying this beautiful earth! She firmly believes that the secret to happiness is expressing gratitude and letting God prevail. She strives to live each day with appreciation and purpose.

Angie Hammon
Paralegal
Angie Hammon brings extensive experience in family law and client advocacy. During her involvement as a case worker for a southern Utah women’s crisis center, she assisted clients with protective orders and stalking injunctions. While working there, she also observed how underutilized male advocacy was, which led her to be instrumental in the development of a men’s crisis program. This work inspired her passion for law and helping people understand their legal rights.
Angie later gained valuable legal experience serving with municipal government, and she has since developed a reputation for being highly skilled and effective. She earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy, emphasizing world culture and religious studies. She is dedicated to serving clients and continually expanding her legal knowledge.
Angie combines professionalism with compassion in her work. Well-traveled and familiar with diverse cultures, she offers clients a unique perspective and empathetic approach, making her a strong advocate and trusted member of the team.

Mayra Hainsworth

Mayra earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, where she was raised and continues to nurture her family. They enjoy swimming and hiking together, and community involvement holds great significance for her. In her spare time, she volunteers at children’s school and with the Girl Scouts.
Throughout her career, Mayra has dedicated herself to the underserved communities in Utah. For the last five years, she has assisted families in navigating the complexities of divorce. Her aim is to ease this challenging time by providing support and clearly explaining each step of the process.
Her empathetic nature and commitment to her clients have established her as a compassionate advocate. Before entering the legal field, she successfully ran her own online children’s clothing business and earned her professional cosmetology license- experiences that strengthened her business sense, attention to detail, and deep understanding of family dynamics.
As a dedicated single mother of two, Hillary approaches every case with empathy, patience, and unwavering commitment. She is passionate about guiding families through difficult transitions with clarity, respect, and personalized care.
Outside of work, Hillary can often be found near the water- paddle boarding, swimming, or hiking- enjoying craft nights, children’s fashion, and creating a warm, joyful home for her kids.

Wina has a background in Computer Engineering and years of freelance experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation. She brings both technical expertise and creativity to her role at RCG Law Group, where she supports the firm’s marketing initiatives and helps maintain a brand presence.
Her blend of organization, design, and problem-solving makes her a reliable and valuable part of the team.
Outside of work, Wina enjoys reading crime thrillers, cooking, exploring new hobbies, and spending time with her family and friends.

Amy Michelsen
Paralegal
Amy brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to family law, shaped by her background in social services and client advocacy as well as her own personal experience with divorce. Inspired by the impact knowledgeable and compassionate legal support can have during difficult life transitions, she pursued her Paralegal Certificate to provide meaningful support for individuals and families navigating challenging circumstances.
Amy understands the uncertainty, stress, and emotional challenges families often face during major life transitions. She is passionate about helping others through these difficult moments with compassion and clarity, working closely with them to ensure they feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process and into the next chapter of their lives.
Beyond work, Amy’s greatest joy is spending time with her children. Whether through quiet moments, traveling, or finding new adventures together, she embraces every opportunity to create meaningful memories with her loved ones.

Sierra Jones

Sierra is a graduate of the University of Utah, where she earned a degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Law and Politics and a minor in Economics. During her academic career, she developed a strong interest in advocacy, policy, and the legal field through involvement in legislative advocacy, policy research, and professional development programs.
Sierra enjoys organization and finding ways to help projects and day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently. She values collaboration, attention to detail, and helping create a supportive environment within the firm. She plans to attend law school in the future and continue building a career within the legal profession.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys baking, traveling, reading, and playing piano and guitar. She loves exploring creative outlets, learning new skills, and spending time outdoors in Utah.
