Stephen Spencer is a seasoned litigator with 24 years of experience in both civil and criminal law. Over the course of his career, he has successfully tried numerous felony cases, including those involving wrongfully accused defendants, achieving favorable verdicts for his clients. His experience also includes significant work in civil rights litigation, where he has brought numerous cases against law enforcement agencies for police misconduct and secured meaningful settlements for victims.

In the civil arena, Mr. Spencer has obtained and collected six-figure judgments on behalf of small business owners in complex contract disputes. He has also achieved six-figure settlements in personal injury matters and has represented clients in high-stakes divorce cases involving large marital estates and contested custody and parent-time issues.
